New file properties dialog

This dialog is displayed by the command "File/New (Advanced)". It is used to specify the properties of the new file to be created.

1. File size: Type the data size of the file to be created
2. Fill byte: Type the value of the byte that is used to create the new file
3. Character mode: Select the initial character set to use when editing the newly created file
4. Fixed file size: The data size cannot be changed after creation
5. Swap half bytes: Swap low and high nybble when displaying and editing data bytes
6. Create: Do create the new file with the specified properties
7. Cancel: Dismiss this window and do not create a new file
